CW Project Management is led by Ciarán, a Chartered construction professional with over ten years of experience across residential, civil, and utilities projects. His expertise is built on real, hands-on site experience — not just academic knowledge.

Ciarán holds a BSc in Construction Management & Engineering (2018) and has progressed through every key stage of site delivery, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the construction process from groundworks to final handover.

He previously spent six years with Clancy Built on Partnership, contributing to major residential developments including Bloomfield (Limerick), Mayfield (Cork), and Fox Meadows (Kilkenny). During this time, he advanced through roles such as Junior Site Manager, Site Engineer, Foreman, Site Manager, and Senior Site Manager, gaining first-hand insight into both technical execution and team leadership.

Ciarán later worked in Australia as a Project Engineer, delivering large-scale civil and utilities projects, before returning to Ireland to continue his career in project management. His experience also includes large-scale healthcare projects such as University Hospital Limerick and Hospital of the Assumption, Thurles, where high-quality finishes and strict quality control were essential. This combined experience strengthened his ability to manage complex programmes, budgets, and multiple stakeholders.
