CW Project Management is an independent construction project management consultancy supporting private homeowners and self-build clients, specialising in one-off homes, renovations, and extensions. We provide structured and professional oversight for residential projects, guiding clients through each stage of the build with clarity and confidence. From early planning to final handover, we act as a single, trusted point of control throughout the process.

Our role goes beyond coordination alone. CW Project Management was founded to deliver cost certainty, accountability, and reassurance throughout the residential building journey. By focusing on clear communication, practical on-site experience, and consistent site involvement, we ensure that what is agreed at the outset is delivered on site. As a result, quality, cost, programme, and safety remain carefully controlled at every stage of the project

Our vision is to become a trusted project management consultancy across the South East of Ireland. We aim to be recognised for integrity, practical experience, and a commitment to improving the building experience for homeowners and self-build clients.

Founded by Ciarán

Experience Built on the Ground, Not Just on Paper

CW Project Management is led by Ciarán, a Chartered-level construction professional with a strong background in both residential and civil construction. He holds a BSc in Construction Management & Engineering (2018) and combines hands-on site experience with structured project management expertise.

Previously, Ciarán spent six years with Clancy Built on Partnership, where he worked on major residential schemes including Bloomfield in Limerick, Mayfield in Cork, and Fox Meadows in Kilkenny. During this time, he progressed through roles such as Junior Site Manager, Site Engineer, Foreman, Site Manager, and Senior Site Manager. This progression provided a detailed understanding of every stage of the construction process.

Later, Ciarán worked in Australia as a Project Engineer on large-scale civil and utilities projects. After returning to Ireland, he continued working in project management before establishing CW Project Management to support private clients with independent, experience-led oversight.

Experience Across All Main Build Systems

CW Project Management has experience managing residential projects constructed using a wide range of both modern and traditional building systems. This broad technical understanding allows each project to be approached with the correct methods, sequencing, and quality controls from the outset, regardless of the build type or design approach.

Timber frame
Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF)
Steel-frame and metal systems

By understanding how different construction systems are designed, coordinated, and built on site, CW Project Management can manage programmes, quality standards, and contractor coordination effectively, even on more complex or non-standard residential builds.
